The Valley Home Store is operated by Eagle County and provides centralized deed restricted property transaction services. The store's primary mission is to provide a high level of customer service for sellers and buyers of deed restricted homes.
Realtor™ Referral Program for Selected Properties
The Valley Home Store will pay a $500 referral fee to a licensed Realtor™ for a referred buyer who succesfully closes on a property (excluding Miller Ranch). The following conditions must be met:
- Realtor™ must be in good standing with the Vail Board of Realtors
- Must be acting as a buyer's agent
- Properly completes on-line referral form (on www.valleyhomestore.org web site)
Only one referral fee will be paid per transaction. If two different Realtors™ submit a referral form, the first to submit will receive credit.
Properties currently qualifying for the TVHS Referral Program:
- Town of Eagle
- Eagle Ranch
Properties that do not qualify for the TVHS Referral Program:
Buyer Referral Policy
The Valley Home Store occassionally receives requests from individuals to represent them as buyers or list their property. These are not services that the Home Store is authorized to offer. While these requests are infrequent, the TVHS policy is to maintain neutrality and not recommend any Realtor™ or firm. The Home Store will forward on these requests to the Vail Board of Realtors.
